Coco's Facebook Promotion Grows Fan base by over 750%

The Challenge:

Coco’s Bakery Restaurant knew there was tremendous value in a strong Facebook presence, but their efforts to date had achieved limited success and less than 400 fans. Coco’s turned to McAdams Group to help grow their fan base and make their Facebook presence more relevant.

The Solution:

In order to achieve the kind of growth Coco’s wanted, we needed a strong offer that would go viral and encourage Facebookers to become Coco’s Fans and share with their FB friends.
We initiated, concepted, designed, and programmed ‘Become a Fan’ Promo tied to Coco’s unique new appetizer platters. We offered Coco’s FB visitors and current fans a BOGO (buy one get one free) appetizer platter coupon, which they could print and also share with friends by posting to their Facebook Wall.

The Result:

The promo has proved to be very compelling! Coco’s Fans responded sending the results into the stratosphere, going viral with their FB friends. Coco’s set 500 new Fans their target. Instead, we increased their Fan base by more than 2,500 in the first 9 weeks!
