We all know how HMOs treat patents. Unfortunately many of the nation's largest electronic security contractors are also known for sub-par service.

NAVCO, on the other hand has a golden service record. To communicate this USP to their markets, we created a year long campaign that poked fun at the HMO comparison. The final mailing included an actual bobble-head doll that reminded prospects to call NAVCO instead. NAVCO always shakes it's head, yes!
